Emotional Fortitude

A few things requiring emotional fortitude:

1. Distance from loved ones
2. Eating anything with cooked bananas
3. Giving a public presentation
4. Sharing something you’ve written
5. Staring down a cat that wants your cheese
6. Resisting the urge to scream when you’ve seen a huge spider
7. Resisting the urge to scream when you no longer see said spider
8. Remembering that you’ve invited the spider to dinner and you’re all out of flies so you’ll have to put together the beetles you’ve had in the freezer for a bit too long but maybe if you bust out Grandma’s barbecue bug recipe it’ll all work out?
