If everything breathing,
and everything that never could,
had a spark of life,
beyond what we could see,
would we be more cautious,
and tread more lightly,
Or would we assume,
we are superior,
by virtue of our station,
as those who could move them,
by force of will,
or by force alone,
Just because we can’t see,
if theirs are smaller,
or a bit bigger,
so it doesn’t matter,
and we can just,
imagine,
ours are better.
