2. Make a checklist which is overwhelming but mark off like three things that makes it so it’s sensible to rewrite it a bit smaller.
3. Listen to a self help book and feel superior to the people reading it.
4. Take a cold shower or something, I hear the millionaire crowd swears by it because some monk with no real income does it so it must be good?
